My purpose for this site is to equip and encourage ministers and churches toward ministry effectiveness. Realizing each person and church may need a mentor, a consultant, a coach, or some combination of these, I strive to honor your unique needs and assets, as well as God's call and gifting on you and your church, as we maximize those for His glory.

In addition to my heart for other pastors and ministers, I bring to my equipping and encouraging work almost 27 years of pastoring in four Texas Baptist churches. I also am trained in coaching and church consulting and hold a M.Div from Logsdon Seminary and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
